Adobe earlier this week released Photoshop Element 8 to the public. The photo editing software is a lighter, much CHEAPER alternative compared to its counterpart Adobe Photoshop. It supports the new Window 7 although I haven’t had the chance to try it out.
In this new version Adobe included some new features like:
- Photomerge Exposure which will combine the exposure setting of two similar shots (one with flash and one without) and merge them to have a well lit shot
- Recompose photos to any size without distortion
- Full screen preview – lets you edit photos while viewing them
- Automatic syncing
- Auto-Analyser which sorts your tags and ratings
- People recognition or Face identification
