Whether its Looking for a online host to backup all your files? Or Perhaps trying to share some files with your friends. The process of uploading and sharing can be quiet cumbersome for some. But never fear!! I’m here to take you through some of the best file sharing sites I’ve came across.

Read More for the complete list.

  1. MediaFire
  2. MediaFire is a great file sharing site for anyone, with a unlimited upload space, and intuitive interface design, A user couldnt as for more. However they do have a maximum file limit of 100MB, but for the normal user its plenty.

  3. Filedropper
  4. I personally love filedropper the most because of its simple design and large storage, I current have a pro/premium account with them, I won it during an event its got 250GB of space and unlimited bandwidth. So far it has served me very well. Filedropper does not require user registration to use so tracking files might be a bit confusing for some. But nevertheless I love it.

  5. Drop.io
  6. What can I say? drop.io has got it all, a simple user interface, a upload bar to show you the uploading progress and no registration uploads. drop.io does have a 100mb limit for file size like mediafire. I highly recommend drop.io for simple, small files because of its easy to use interface.

  7. Box.net
  8. Whether its file sharing or file syncing, Box.net has got it all. Only downside is that there is only 1GB for a free user to use and a maximum file size of 10MB 25mb (ops). However Box.net is renown for its syncing capability. Its well worth the money to upgrade to a premium account if you have plenty of important files lying around.

  9. Windows Live SkyDrive
  10. Its hard to find something to praise about Microsoft. But Windows Live SkyDrive has certainly showed some potential in file sharing. The interface is easy, and its got nice simple features like when you upload a file you can choose whether its available to the public or just a few contacts in your live messenger list. The integration of Live SkyDrive in Microsoft’s Live Essential makes it real easy for everyday users to share files. However I do have one criticism, the slow loading time and interface sort of turned me off from it.

Well that is pretty much all for now. If you have a good file sharing site to share, please comment below. :)
